This release is made in conjunction with the concurrent release of certain FSS storage capacity on the Columbia Gas system, certain FSMA and FSPA storage capacity on the Tennessee Gas Pipeline system and certain Columbia Gas, Columbia Gulf, Tennessee Gas Pipeline and Midwestern FT transportation services. Replacement shipper agrees to assign and deliver to Piedmont all refunds applicable to the released capacity.
